Nail Tech Christmas Party 2025 - Vendor Contract

Creative Ballance, Inc. would like to first thank you for expressing interest in representing your company at Nailcation 2025. The event is focused on educating new and veteran nail techs with positivity and support in all aspects of the nail industry including work/life balance. This is an opportunity to demonstrate not only your products, but also you as a leader, a friend and mentor. In addition to focusing on attendees, we like to focus on supporting educators as well. There will be educator team building activities to help educators learn how to support each other. Below are details for you to review before making the commitment.

Brands you will be representing

NTCP strives to provide the most diversity possible in product lines available at this show. If representing multiple product lines, understand that a vendor representing one specific line may take precedence over a vendor bringing multiple lines. Every consideration will be made to ensure opportunities are fair and reasonable for all vendors. Booths will be rented on a first come first serve basis. NTCP reserves the right to approve, deny or negotiate to ensure that each product/brand being sold at the show is represented effectively.

Santa’s  Workshop Table Sponsor - $100

• Up to 50 participants

• Advertising 

• Lunch included

Additional Notes:

• If at any time after deposit has been paid, you are no longer able to attend, for any reason, deposit is forfeited. NO REFUNDS

• All educators are required to attend various activities throughout the week such as opening night, some yoga, some meals, playcation, etc. Final schedule will be announced with class times.

Educator Requirements:

• Educator designs must be submitted and approved by Creative Ballance to avoid duplication.
