We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 25 calendar days from the date your order was placed.

After 25 days, returns are eligible for online store credit or exchange only. Returns will not be accepted after 35 days.

Final Sale Items

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale items include: Jewelry, Hats, Headbands, Sunglasses. Final Sale items will be clearly marked as such on the website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at: 

Damages or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of receiving your merchandise. After that period, the item may no longer be eligible for return.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or other signs of wear may be shipped back to you and will not be eligible for a refund. Additional shipping costs may apply. All returns must be mailed, including local orders.
