Education has always been at the heart of what I do in the professional nail industry.
Whether I’m teaching a hands-on class, working with students, training a team, or sharing ideas at a trade show or event, I love helping nail professionals learn, grow, and feel more confident behind the desk. For me, education should be practical, approachable, and something you can actually put to work.

Education has always been at the heart of what I do in the professional nail industry. From teaching hands-on classes and working directly with students to educating at trade shows with en Vogue Nails and Profiles Backstage, I love creating opportunities for nail professionals to learn, grow, and connect.
My work also includes distributor and sales team training, product knowledge education, educator development, and helping professionals better understand the products and systems they use behind the desk.
Beyond brand education, I create and host my own industry events, including Nailcation and the Nail Tech Christmas Party, bringing nail professionals together for education, networking, creativity, and community.
Whether I’m working with one student, a classroom, a distributor, or an entire event, my goal is the same: to make education practical, approachable, and valuable in the real world.

Nailcation and the Nail Tech Christmas Party are a big part of who Mary Ellon is and how she brings the nail industry together. She works with both the nail techs who attend and the vendors who support them to create experiences where people can learn, share ideas, make connections, grow their businesses, and have a lot of fun along the way. For Mary Ellon, it’s about creating those special moments where friendships are made, ideas come to life, and everyone leaves with something they can take with them long after the event is over.
